Is Lost Ark heading to the West? Well, according to one YouTuber’s speculation and SmileGate’s recruitment website, signs are looking potentially positive.
It should be noted at this point that we simply do not have confirmation. However, we have reached out for comment and will update this story accordingly. With that disclaimer out of the way, here’s what we know so far.
YouTuber Sywo posted a video earlier showing a recruitment callout for a L10N PM (North America/Europe) role for Lost Ark. Responsibilities for this role include project management, data management, communication with overseas partners, and more.
Here’s the interesting bit which fuels the fire. The Qualifications include (emphasis added):
- Fluent foreign language (English) proficiency
- Over 3 years of experience in translation or game industry
