A code discovered on the teaser site for Call of Duty 2020 pointed players to a room on Warzone. This room was filled with cipher sand puzzles, mix this with the already unsolved puzzles leaked weeks ago and the Call of Duty community is in for a long day of puzzle solving.
After fans flooded into Warzone's Farmland they found a secret room behind a keypad inside a large barn. Once inside, tons of ciphers were discovered which CharlieIntel was quick to create high-quality copies of. These ciphers hold the key to discovering the next step in a long trail of clues for Call of Duty 2020's trailer.
This all started with a VCR code that leads players into the Farmhouse. Once inside images were scattered around the room. From a Zepher code on the table to Venona on the walls players rushed to try and gather all the bits of intel while under siege from continuous battle-royale fire.
Fans do know that Venona is a code type used to undermine Russian intelligence missions. The entire code system results around using a combination of numbers and letters. By finding the appropriate number sequences players are able to find specific words that can be used to discover future steps in the puzzles. This type of code would help find secret codes that connect to the grids.
The grids seem to be used to overlay the Warzone map offering players a key based on location. By using each code word, ZEPHRY for example, players can shift the letters and figure out which letters should be avoided and which can still be used. This becomes key in decoding the location-based cipher and finding the true message hidden within the images.
From looking through the files there quickly appears to be five distinct puzzles available. Chem 1 and 2 each follow a chemistry-based theory which means down several chemicals into their letter form. These letters then are used as command sequences, or so fans are theorizing. The Nix Charge cipher seems to be numeric in composition forcing players to complete a sequence using scrambled clues from the NIXSTACk cipher. This takes a look at something called a "Nixie Tube" which could contain the final sequence for a radio broadcast.
Each hint and clue is covered in red footnotes directing fans towards more information. Around half-way through investigating the main teaser website updated crossing out the first day. The Call of Duty community is assuming that tomorrow more content will be released and fans will have the tools they need to complete each puzzle.
