PvP World Quest are returning to World of Warcraft Shadowlands.
Their return reminds us of their absence in Battle for Azeroth. Fortunately, they’re coming back alongside the Trials of Zo’Sorg. The news comes via Wowhead which provides some additional context on Zo’Sorg and how you can find these PvP world quests,
“Zo'Sorg, the Master of Conflict, is one of the new PvP vendors being added in Shadowlands. However, if you wander the Shadowlands with War Mode on, you will be able to find new PvP World Quests, with Zo'Sorg in the area!”
They actually found a world quest called State of Decay in Maldraxxus. During this quest, they explored a tower ominously called The Spike. The task in this world quest is to kill skeletons in the tower. Alternatively, you could simply kill the other players in the tower. It is PvP after all.
