Dual Universe would like to introduce you to someone. It’s yourself. No, the devs at Novaquark aren’t asking you to do some meditative introspection; they’d like to show you the new character model they’ve been working on, which is due to arrive to the space sandbox soon.
“The goal of this redesign was not only to create something functional and realistic for interstellar travel, but also to come up with something memorable, appealing, and instantly recognizable,” explains the video’s blurb. This new redesign won’t only just be cosmetic, but it will also apparently feature new animations and the addition of emotes, which seems like a thing that should have been added a lot sooner, honestly.
