PC players who are looking for a spooky experience should check out Humble Store's sale that offers discounts on the scariest games on the platform.

The Humble Store is currently offering some of the most popular horror games on the PC with savings of up to 85% off. The best part about the Humble Store's Horror Sale is its wide selection of spooky games from huge franchises such as Resident Evil, The Evil Within, Layers of Fear, and many more.

Headlining the Humble Store's Horror Games Sale is the 2020 remake of the 1999 classic survival horror game, Resident Evil 3. At the moment, players on the PC can purchase Resident Evil 3 for $39.59, which is 34% cheaper than its original list price of $59.99. To the uninitiated, Resident Evil 3 recounts the story of STARS member Jill Valentine, who finds herself trapped in a zombie-filled Raccoon City while being pursued by the unstoppable Nemesis.

Although the game received mixed reviews, it still offered terrifying gameplay especially while players find themselves the target of the iconic Nemesis, who is more menacing than Resident Evil 2 Remake's Mr. X. Additionally, players who will purchase Resident Evil 3 will also be able to access Resident Evil Resistance, which is a 4v1 online multiplayer game that pits one player who will take the role of the Mastermind, against a group of four other players, who takes the role of Survivors.

Another noteworthy horror game that players can purchase at a discount right now is The Dark Pictures Anthology: Man of Medan, which is available right now for $14.99 or 50% off its original price. During its release back in August last year, Man of Medan received glowing reviews from critics and players and quickly became one of 2019's best horror games. To those unfamiliar, Man of Medan is made by Supermassive Games, who is the developer behind the popular horror game, Until Dawn. The game is played from a third-person perspective, and one or more players assume control of five different characters aboard a ghost ship.

Prior to the release of Man of Medan, Supermassive Games revealed that it has already planned seven more games for The Dark Picture Anthology series. Several days ago, Supermassive Games confirmed that the sequel, which is called Little Hope, will be released on October 30, just in time for Halloween, for the PC, PS4, and Xbox One. Serving as a direct follow up to Man of Medan, Little Hope follows the story of a group of college students and their professor, who find themselves stranded in a town full of evil forces.
