Tom Clancy's The Division 2 has had a shelf life that has faced issues. While updates have given players more content, it has also caused issues in terms of weapon balancing as well as overpowered NPCs. Recent updates to The Division 2 have begun to address some of the issues but the developer, Massive Entertainment, is now working on another update which many will hope will finally fix the balancing issues that have been a source of criticism.

There have been rumors about the additional content coming to The Division 2 and many will be excited to see new features alongside fixed known problems. The game based around action and role-playing allows players to navigate Washington after a virus has created a dystopian future. As a result, updates have added new factions, areas, and gangs as well as the constant goal of balancing the difficulty of gameplay.

The next update which lands on June 23 will give players additional health, more loot, and greater power to inflict damage on opponents. Many will hope that this will solve the balancing issues that have hampered the experience of the game. On top of this, the patch notes also detailed new exotics that are coming to the game which will bring welcome variation in terms of weaponry. The game will also have a new Manhunt tasking as well as a new "Global Event Hollywood." It seems that Tom Clancy's The Division 2 is still receiving a good deal of support and the fact that longstanding issues look set to be rectified may well tempt players to return to the title.

Alongside the improvements and new features, The Division 2 has also offered a free trial to newcomers and it seems the team behind the game is doing plenty to entice players.  It will be interesting to see what fans make of the rebalanced gameplay and if it can give the title a new lease of life after two years on the market. It is clear that the game is admirably addressing issues and if it continues to respond to the concerns of the community it may find a greater fan base.

On top of this rebalancing of gameplay, there is also rumored new content coming to The Division 2 which is exciting players. With these updates and new content in mind, it seems that The Division 2 will be pleasing players in the future and many will look forward to returning to the game now that it seems to have fixed its issues.
