The outward expansion of MMOARPG Lost Ark has taken another big step forward. The game’s official Japanese Twitter account has announced that Thursday, June 25th, will be the date when players can register for closed beta testing. A date for when beta will begin is yet to be tied down, but it’s another moment in the Korean game’s reach outside of its home nation, which began with China and then to Russia.
As for the game itself, the game’s Season 2 update will introduce a new guild territory system that lets guilds build up an area with various buildings and features like a research laboratory, trader NPCs, a bounty board that visiting players can get quests from, and a variety of cosmetic structures and decorations. There’s even an area where guild members can have a feast and get a boost before entering large-scale group content.
