Albion Online will receive an Off Season Crystal Tournament set to take place between Seasons 9 and 10. Here are the details.
The off-season tournament will take place “sometime after August 10,” with the exact date unknown at this time. It will be open to any teams who win a Level 9 Crystal League match during Season 9. The specific structure of the tournament is still unknown at this time, however, we do know that will depend on the number of participating teams.
Additionally, we know of some preliminary rules which should apply to the finals:
- Battles will be full loot and players will have to bring their own gear
- Same IP cap as Level 9 (1700)
- Matches will run on 30-minute timers
- Each round won delivers Level 3 off-season rewards
As for prizes, first place will receive the Sabertooth Rex Swiftclaw skin, in addition to 10k gold. Second place will receive the White Tiger skin and 5000 gold. Finally, third place will receive 5000 gold. These prizes will be given to each player on the winning teams.
The dev team haven’t ruled out additional prizes, to stay tuned for further updates.
