On April 20, 2018, God of War released around the world to universal acclaim. Not only is it considered a successful reinvention of the series, but it has been hailed as one of the best exclusives of the generation. Many are celebrating God of War's 2 year anniversary, but now there's even more ways to.

Three new collector's items went up for pre-order today and is some sweet new gear for God of War fans. It includes a full bust of Kratos, a God of War: Lore and Legends hardcover book, and rubber duck versions of Kratos and Atreus.

The aforementioned bust is life-sized and a recreation of Kratos from the game files. Finer details were filled in by hand, with production being limited to 500 of these God of War items. The cost is steep though; the bust of Kratos will set players back $799.99 plus tax with a non-refundable $80 deposit. A more affordable way to celebrate this anniversary is God of War: Lore and Legends which is a recreation of Atreus' journal from the game. It includes input from the God of War team, details Atreus and Kratos' journey, and includes expanded lore, bestiary, character details, and more, all at the price tag of $34.99.

Finally, perhaps the most lighthearted Collector's items is the cosplaying rubber ducks of Kratos and Atreus. They come cheaper at $12.99, but that doesn't make them any less adorable. The item description even comes with the Kratos-quote-turned-duck-quote that "We must quack better," a spin on the line that gods must be better in God of War.

All things considered, there's plenty of ways to spend and celebrate God of War's anniversary. These collector's items are one way, hoping for a reveal of God of War 2 for PS5 is one, and of course, sitting down to play God of War all over again is another.
