With the timed exclusive release of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remastered, players who buy or pre-order the game will have access to a nostalgic pack that includes Ghost wearing some of his OG attire from Modern Warfare 2 in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Warzone. However, there is an issue currently on Xbox in which players are not receiving this pack although they pre-ordered.

Activision, as well as Xbox, confirm that they are both investigating what exactly is causing the issue with this pack in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. Activision also assures that any player who pre-ordered Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remastered will have their pre-order honored and the Ghost UDT Bundle will be properly distributed for use in Modern Warfare and Warzone. The developers have done a good job of fixing other past issues with Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remastered but this pre-order issue of the game needs to be addressed as soon as possible.

There is no word yet on when this issue will be fixed but Xbox players can look forward to seeing their Ghost UDT bundles in-game at some point that is hopefully soon. The Ghost UDT bundle includes some cool other items aside from the Ghost skin, such as the classic Task Force 141 M4A1 weapon variant, Stay Frost voice quip, classic Ghost emblem, Belly Flop finishing animation, No Easy Days calling card, One For One pistol variant, and the Flippers weapon charm.

The Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remastered release came as little surprise to players as information has constantly been leaking out about this game. What truly caught players by surprise was the fact that the game is a PlayStation timed exclusive. Although, both Xbox and PC players have to wait, pre-ordering to receive the Ghost UDT pack seems worth it.

The Ghost UDT bundle allows players to use classic Ghost, along with all other cosmetic items in both the multiplayer mode for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and the Call of Duty: Warzone battle royale. Running around as Ghost is something that Xbox players can look forward to once everything is settled and the issue with the Ghost bundle's distribution is properly fixed but it does not lessen the sting of the game's timed PlayStation exclusivity.

The release of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remastered has caused a stir in the community due to its timed exclusivity as well as the lack of the highly beloved multiplayer and spec ops mode. Although those modes are lacking, it is still pretty cool to see Modern Warfare 2 get remastered and in the future, the developers could possibly add in these fan-beloved modes.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is available for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
