Saga of Lucimia promotes pre-orders with a weekend alpha test

We suspect that your weekend plans are generally pretty open, so maybe you’d be interested in a group-centric MMORPG to try out? If you don’t mind it being in an alpha state, anyway. Then Saga of Lucimia is pretty eager to get your attention as the game has fired up its servers for the entire weekend to let alpha players hop in, and joining the group of said alpha players is as simple as putting in a pre-order.

Unlike other pre-order pages, this one is full of information about what potential buyers are getting in to, noting that there are six years’ worth of videos and blog posts outlining what Saga of Lucimia is offering those who buy in at this stage, which is important since pre-orders cannot be refunded. The page also notes that this month will see several weekend-long alpha tests, with the first running from now until 1:00 a.m. EDT on April 5th. Subsequent tests are planned for every weekend in April, starting at 1:00 p.m. EDT on Friday and ending at 1:00 a.m. EDT on Sunday.

Speaking of information on what Saga of Lucimia is all about, there was a recent livestream that showed off over two hours of alpha gameplay, as well as a 6,000(!)-word interview we held with Stormhaven Games’ Tim Anderson, which we’ve broken up into two nice chunks for you.
