Defiance and Defiance 2050 are both kicking off Armistice Day festivities

Cool guys don't look at explosions.

You have to give both Defiance 2050 and the original Defiance credit, since they both are living up to their names. Somehow the titles are still in operation and they’re even kicking off a new round of Armistice Day festivities to commemorate the end of the Pale Wars. In-universe, of course, since something like wars with intergalactic refugees seem like the sort of thing that we would have noticed taking place at some point.

Then again, it has been a weird few months of 2020 so far.

At any rate, players will be able to take part in a variety of different arkfall events and take out specialized enemies to earn reward caches containing the potential for special loot. These are all familiar arkfalls and events, for the record; players who have been in these games for a while will see this more as a tour of greatest hits. Still, it’s more than you might have expected for either game to get, thus proving that they are indeed… well, defiant.
