Borderlands 3 newest DLC, called Guns, Love, and Tentacles, features all sorts of Borderlands craziness. It includes a Eldrich-horror-infested gay wedding, which is one of the weirdest phrases ever. The DLC also features old characters, new weapons, a higher level cap, and some achievements for players to complete. One of those achievements is I'm Floundering Up Here which requires players to listen to fish puns.

The Fish and Puns

There are 25 total puns that players need to collect. Players can try to collect all the puns from one fish, or they can go around to different fish on the map to try to collect them all. So while players are out and about trying to save the beautiful gay wedding from Eldrich beings, they'll need to keep an eye out for fish.

Location

The easiest fish in the new DLC to find and use is the one in the Lodge. The fish is a lootable item, but players can also just find the one in the Lodge and use it over and over again until they get all 25 puns. The fish will tell fantastic jokes like "What did the fish say about her deceptive friend? SEA LION!" then it will throw up a variety of weapons. The jokes are so bad it might make players wish they hadn't downloaded the DLC and new update 1.10.

The many-eyed fish that tell jokes in Borderlands 3

There are also other Borderlands 3 locations for the fish, but this is the easiest one to get to. Players can find the others, but it's way easier to just spam the fish in the Lodge, save, reset, and do it again than it is to run around the game. Players will have to save and reload anyway if they choose to run around because there aren't 25 fish on the map.

Players can then save and quit, and then ask the fish for more jokes. It will have more of those terrible puns, and more guns to throw up. Here's a video of someone talking to the fish in the Lodge on the Eldrich planet of Xylourgos:

Between all the new loot from the DLC, as well as the new Golden Key Codes for Borderlands 3, players should have plenty of new weapons to be able to blow away all those Cthulu demons that are trying to ruin the wedding. There are 8 total achievements for the DLC, including killing rare spawns and completing the DLC. So players should have plenty to do with the new updates.

Borderlands 3 is available for PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Google Stadia.
