Crash Team Racing: Nitro-Fueled has announced additional content coming to the game, including new characters, skins, and game modes. Content was previously released during every Grand Prix season, but since the Grand Prix has ended, Crash Team Racing is releasing a great deal of content.

A bonus pack has been added to Crash Team Racing called the "Beenox Pack," which is named after the developer of the game. The "Beenox Pack" contains the characters Geary and Crunch, as well as Beenox-themed cart, wheels, skins, and the first legendary skin for Geary. Additionally, the pack will feature four game modes, including a ghost hunt and various time trials.

The pack will also add Baby Cortex, for better or for worse. The off-putting character appears as a baby with a giant head and still has Cortex's signature goatee, bushy brows, and strange patches of hair. The Baby Cortex will be joined by the Lab Assistant and a baby N. Tropy as playable characters. Although Baby Cortex isn't the most appealing character, it is a relief for players to receive new content for the game after the end of the Grand Prix seasons, especially since Activision has some upcoming plans for a new Crash Bandicoot game.

There are rumors regarding what kind of Crash Bandicoot game could be coming. Crash Bandicoot may receive a remake of Wraith of Cortex or possibly a new PVP Crash Bandicoot game, but for now, there is plenty of new content in Crash Team Racing: Nitro-Fueled to keep players entertained.

Crash Team Racing: Nitro Fueled is available on PS4, Xbox One, and Switch.
