All right, there’s a whole lot of Warframe stuff going on right now, so let’s get right to it, bullet point style.

  • Nintendo Switch players, your time to shoot for the stars and shoot at enemies in a spaceship has come. Empyrean has finally launched with all of the bells and whistles that every other platform has gotten. The announcement post breaks down what’s in the update, along with details on getting an Ember Frame with Twitch Prime and several upcoming livestreams.
  • Speaking of livestreams, today, January 17th, at 2:00 p.m. EST is Devstream 136, which will focus on what’s next for Railjack and responses to a 2020 player survey that was sent out at the end of December. There’s plenty to discuss as over 28,000 players responded with plenty of things to say. After the devstream is a 1M follower celebration, with three hours of games, fun, and digital prize giveaways.
  • Finally, Digital Extremes and Warframe players have done a great deal of good. Thanks to the gifting season of Tennbaum, players were able to raise $50k for the Londong Food Bank. Meanwhile, Digital Extremes has made a pair of $15k donations to both the Bushfire Emergency Wildlife Fund and the Bendigo Bank Bushfire Appeal to support efforts in fighting the devastation of the Australian bush fires. In commemoration of the effort, players can log in and get an adorable Yooka Floof.
