Briana White, the voice of Aerith Gainsborough in the upcoming Final Fantasy 7 Remake, has started a playthrough of the original title for fans of the series. For the playthrough's first installment, she's invited John Eric Bentley -- the voice actor of Barret Wallace -- to join her.

For those who don't know, Briana White does more than just voice act in Final Fantasy 7 Remake. She creates content in a variety of different forms under the name "TheStrangeRebel." Anyone interested can find her on both YouTube and Twitch. She's also acted in several different types of performing arts, such as music videos, movies, and tv shows, so some may recognize her.

White has never played the original Final Fantasyand seeks to change that with this new playthrough of hers. However, instead of just playing through the original game by herself, White plans to give it an exciting twist by inviting other members of the Final Fantasy 7 Remake voice cast to join her -- hence John Eric Bentley. Bentley has played through the game before, and so adds another perspective to the playthrough with his presence. Overall, the two actors just sat around having fun with the game and even voiced their characters at some points. Like so:

The first part of the playthrough lasts a little over three hours. White plans to continue it at another time when she can once again rent out a studio (she does this to try and provide the best quality experiences possible). Bentley claims he's more than happy to return to continue the playthrough with White, so fans can probably expect to see him again in a later installment. When asked what other guest stars they wanted to see, White's Twitch chat stated Cody Christian and Britt Barron -- the voices of Cloud and Tifa, respectively. So they might be the next guest stars then; however, White didn't guarantee anything.

White also didn't say when the next installment will be, but with Final Fantasy 7 Remake launching early April, she'll likely try to have the playthrough completed before then. She'll be posting the playthrough on YouTube after streaming it on Twitch, so anyone looking to watch it there will be able to shortly. According to her, the first part will appear on her YouTube channel in about a week. It should also probably be noted that White and her fellow actors have signed NDAs, so anyone looking to dig information out of them about the upcoming game won't have any luck.

Final Fantasy 7 Remake releases April 10, 2020, for the PlayStation 4.
