Cargo cult.

If you had been hoping for more heritage armor, system expansion, or anything else in World of Warcraft ahead of Shadowlands… well, your hopes appear to have been dashed. A recent interview on Millennium with Ion Hazzikostas includes a passage where he states that no patch 8.3.5 is planned at this time, which in turn means no more significant updates for the game until the next expansion arrives, barring hotfixes or the like. It seems a little bit early to call this a content drought, but that sure is how that statement reads, isn’t it?

Of course, if this kills your motivation to actually bother playing the game, you can still thrill along with the whole race to get the world first clear in the new Ny’alotha raid courtesy of Method, which is pushing not just one or two streams of attempts but an entire ongoing event. The whole thing starts on January 28th when the Mythic difficulty opens, so get ready for a whole lot of raid attempts if that sounds like your viewing preference.
