Pokemon GO's 2019 holiday festivities may finally have come to a close, but there's still no time for players to rest before the next event is underway. The 2020 Adventure Sync Hatchathon has already started and players have a few weeks to take advantage of the excellent bonuses available during the celebration.

As usual with egg hatching events, the Adventure Sync Hatchathon is full of great bonuses, but will also require Pokemon GO trainers to do a lot of walking around. This event is all about covering a lot of distance in the game, so players should be prepared for lots of walking or biking if they want to get the most value out of the ongoing features.

Trainers have until January 16 to participate in the event, so there's plenty of time to get some steps and hopefully pick up a party hat Wurmple and a lot of extra Candy and Stardust...

For now, players may want to keep hunting down the best Unova Pokemon in the game if improving their Battle Raid rosters is their primary goal. Be sure to check back in the near future for more Pokemon GO strategy guides, news, and updates. Until then, good luck out there, trainers!
