Fallout 76 recapped its 2019 in a news post recently, citing content and activities throughout the year.

The team actually acknowledged the myriad of issues the game had this year by saying they had, “some rocky times this year,” but went on to say, “At the end of 2019, Fallout 76 is bigger, more stable, and more fun than ever before.”

The post continues to recap Wild Appalachia’s release in the spring, along with the Wasted on Nukashine questline and the Fasnacht Parade. Summer saw the Meat Week Seasonal Event featuring Grahm and his BBQ, the Project Clean Appalachia event, and Nuclear Winter which brought about a major competitive mode to Fallout 76.

Fall and Winter was missing the delayed Wastelanders update, but brought about the Mischief Night Halloween event, and various additional holiday events and challenges. The post continues with QoL improvements like player vending machines, the legendary vendor, and display cases for camps.

The recap comes on the heels of the recent news where hackers were able to steal players’ inventory from 200 meters away. Interestingly, the recap does not mention their Fallout 1st subscription service. The post concludes thanking the community for their support and a happy holidays wish from the team.
