It seems like a lot of MMOs and multiplayer games are starting to realize that Christmas is arriving in less than a week. Case in point, both Anarchy Online and Age of Conan have begun their winter-themed events as of yesterday, while Conan Exiles is launching a holiday-related contest.

  • In Anarchy Online, players can get some special cosmetics for purchasing memberships, some free goodies for logging in, and a variety of returning holiday NPCs and activities. The winter event runs from now until Monday, January 6th. You can get all of the salient details on the official post.
  • Players of Age of Conan can celebrate the winter season between now and Monday, January 6th, with seasonal login rewards and additional shard rewards through the Raid Finder.
  • If you’re the creative kind of Conan Exiles player, then the game’s holiday contest might be right up your alley: Players are challenged to recreate a scene, a building, person, or iconic item from their favorite holiday film in-game. One grand prize winner will get a year 2 season pass and all previous DLCs or six months of paid personal server time, while nine runners-up will get one DLC pack of their choice. The contest is open until January 1st, with the winner selected on January 7th.
