Google Stadia’s assistant button has entered early access.
As confirmed in a community update on Reddit, the new assistant function for Stadia controllers only works on Chromecast.
Currently, users can use the app to launch games. As time goes on, the assistant will be able to used during games and in the Stadia app and website.
Recently, Google revealed that the Buddy Pass was now available, enabling users with the Founders Edition to give Pro subscription access to their friends.
The new streaming platform was launched last month on November 19th. In December, two new games joined the Pro subscription service - Farming Simulator 2019 and Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition.
The two new games join Samurai Showdown and Destiny 2. When it launched, Stadia had 22 games available, 10 of which were added the day before release.
Consumers have complained that their Chromecasts have overheated. Furthermore, the company has been forced to address the accusations of it not delivering on its 4K promises.
