ArcheAge brings the ArchePass Compensation Box back after the ArchePass fails to launch a second time

There just doesn’t seem to be any winning with ArcheAge Unchained and its ever-bellyflopping ArchePass. Readers will recall that it attempted to relaunch this past Thursday and started almost immediately having issues, and so it was once more taken down and replaced with the ArchePass Compensation Box.

Within mere hours of bringing the ArchePass online with the update, the ArcheAge EU servers were beleaguered by connection issues, forcing an unscheduled maintenance. The ArchePass was found to be the culprit of the crashes and so had to be once again cut out.

As compensation, the same bundle of goodies that was first being offered in November — a crate of 45 Diligence Coins and 7 Labor Rechargers — is claimable once more. This initial crate offering can be claimed twice per account, unless you already claimed a crate last week, in which case you can only claim one despite the Marketplace posting reading “2 per account.”

Time will tell if Gamigo and XLGAMES decide to have a third swing at the ArchePass, but for now players will just have to wait and watch. And open crates.
