Have you ever found yourself the khaleesi of an exotic nation and, somehow, misplaced your dragons? You could throw beautiful temper tantrums about it — or you could get smart and head on over to Day of Dragons where they are probably roosting.
This “online creature survival sandbox” raised over a half-million dollars this past fall on Kickstarter, and now Day of Dragons has released on Steam early access. The $20 game gets you access to private servers and at least a year of pre-launch play. There’s also a single-player mode if you’re one of those dragons that needs a lot of breathing space. If you’ve ever had fantasies about laying eggs and seeing your offspring hatch, well, this is your game.
“Day of Dragons is an online creature survival sandbox game set in a large, beautiful, open world with multiple biomes,” developer Beawesome Games said. “Rule the world as one of several dragon species, or unlock the secrets to playing as a non-dragon species.”
