Darkmoon Arcade games are available to play in World of Warcraft patch 8.3.
According to Icy-Veins, the Mechafun Arcade was added in Visions of N’Zoth to the Darkmoon Faire. If you’re unsure how to get there, take a right as you make your way to the Cauldron of Rock. The arcade should be behind the Darkmoon Faire roller coaster.
You’ll be able to play any of the six mini games which buff you upon completion.
