Star Trek Online improves its lifetime subscription package

If you already have a lifetime sub to Star Trek Online — or perhaps were contemplating picking one up in the future — then it’s a good week for you: Cryptic announced that it has made the subscription deal even better by including Jem’Hadar veteran rewards.

Flagged accounts will be eligable to receive a bevy of Jem’Hadar veteran uniforms as well as a Tier 6 Heavy Destroyer that comes with a pair of raider wingmen, a prototype console that lets your ship toggle between regenerative and tactical modes, and a weapon system synergy trait. All of these rewards are unlocked once a player goes through the Jem’Hadar tutorial.

The timing of this announcement is shrewd, as Cryptic is preparing to roll out another lifetime subscription sale tomorrow. The Jem’Hadar veteran rewards will stay part of the overall lifetime sub package past the sale, FYI.
