The team at Aion have teased the new Vandal class coming to the North American version of the MMO, but thanks to a new dev blog we have a bit more info about the latest class to hit on August 21.
The Vandal is a DPS-focused class, using its paint slinging Chromablasters to deal damage from a range. If you're getting Splatoon vibes, you're not alone. Like the Painter class which hit the EU version of Aion earlier this summer, the Vandal is a quick damage dealer which and, according to the post, is similar to the existing Gunslinger or Assassin. However, the Vandal has some utility, with the ability to add some damage over time or petrify effects on enemies, as well as a Ressurrection Chroma which can prevent an ally from dying once during a ten-minute period.
