Bus Simulator Console Journey Departs In September

Bus Simulator is ready to depart and the destination is Console! On 17 September fans of the Bus Simulator Series can get behind the wheel on Xbox One and Playstation 4.

That’s right, after months of waiting for two ports of Bus Simulator 18 turn up at once. Whether it’s irony or a deliberate tongue in cheek move by publisher Astragon Entertainment, this course to console is clearly laid out and things are bound to run to schedule. Just like the early 2018 release of Bus Simulator 18 PC on Steam, these console conversions will allow players to create their own bus company in the fictional European city of Seaside Valley. Players will be able to build up Seaside’s local infrastructure, running a range of scenic and urban routes that span the city and its surroundings.

Whether in the industrial or harbor zone, downtown, in the surrounding villages or the business park players might notice a few famous names. 8 buses from 4 leading manufacturers are faithfully recreated in intricate detail. This includes the Mercedes-Benz Citaro K, Mercedes-Benz Citaro G, MAN Lion’s City bus, MAN Lion’s City CNG articulated bus, SETRA S 418 LE business, SETRA S 416 LE business, IVECO BUS Urbanway, and the IVECO BUS Urbanway CNG articulated bus. Stepping into these and you’ll find the cockpit authentically reproduced and each bus can be customized to your own corporate color scheme.

Smart traffic, changing weather conditions, and plenty of other challenging missions will keep the most dedicated drivers going for hours. We don’t know if the game will feature that same modding options or multiplayer as the PC original, but you can catch a glimpse of what’s due in the trailer.
