The latest synth and cool violence game from Devolver Digital, My Friend Pedro, has shifted more than 250,000 units within seven days of hitting PC and Nintendo Switch.
That's according to the indie publisher, who revealed the sales milestone on Twitter, alongside a making of/behind the scenes video with one man developer DeadToast aka Victor Agren (pictured).
The firm didn't disclose what the ratio of PC sales to those on Switch were, though we have reached out to Devolver to see if they can clarify the situation.
Shifting a quarter of a million units in Week One is no small feat, with My Friend Pedro beating out 2017's Absolver which hit this sales milestone within a month of release. Early Access survival game SCUM sold 250,000 units on PC alone in its first 24 hours, however, going on to shift 700,000 units by the end of its first seven days in the wild.
