Aion: Legions of War is still trying to make the best of its first few months, but it’s going to take some serious work on behalf of the dev team to get this mobile title into shape. One key area of concern? Cheaters.

“We are aware that some players are cheating in the game,” the team posted. “We understand how unfair this is to those of you who are playing the game as intended, so we are working diligently to address this issue and our hope is that you will see this problem getting better very soon. We are 100% committed to getting this resolved as soon as possible.”

Apex Legends pushed out some patches to fix a few nasty technical issues, such as elite queues not working.

PUBG on console is getting a quality-of-life patch: “The next patch is currently scheduled for June 27th and will introduce some highly demanded features to the console experience, including the auto-equipping of scopes, magazines and muzzle attachments, a tactical marker communications system for those players without access to mics, and a new controller layout scheme for better mobility in battle.”

If you’re into wuxia, there’s a new mobile title on the market in this vein: Eastward Legend: The Empyrean. Or ELiTE for short. Yes, I just coined that.

SpatialOS maker Improbable is adding multiplayer matchmaking to the tech platform. Should be useful in MMORPGs, no? “We’re building a flexible matchmaker, which will provide an easy way for developers to move players into SpatialOS game instances,” the company said.

Ubisoft is being smarter about upkeeping and improving The Division 2, with more team members dedicated to post-launch patches: “There is more time allocated to it. It’s prioritized differently to make sure we can actually fix the game, and I believe it shows in the actual stability and quality of the game.”

Use an Android phone with the KitKat OS still on it? You’ll need to upgrade to be able to play Pokemon Go and Ingress after July 1st.
