On June 19th, Blade & Soul players will see the deployment of the Empyrean Shadows content update. Players will be working to "stem the tide of evil and stop Mushin's grand plan". This marks the tenth chapter in the game's story. Content-wise, players will see the third class specializations for both the Blade Master and the Kung Fu Master as well as "the deadly Warped Citadel". Lastly, players will begin earning rewards with the newly added Fishing System.
The third class Specialization for Kung Fu Master provides players an opportunity to select a stance and be able to transform into one of three wolf forms or use a "mighty gauntlet of iron".
Blade Master's third Specialization allows them to "hone the power of the Divine Realm" to make their attacks more powerful and meaningful.
he Empyrean Citadel has been corrupted by the Dark Chi of the former Prince Sobu. Bearing an immutable grudge and seeking judgment against those who wronged him, the Citadel has been turned into nightmarish realm of necromancy where the dead have risen, and the ghosts of the past seek salvation. Can you stop the cursed prince before his evil spreads?
