That's not good, no.

When Anthem players wanted some more news, what they probably wanted was good news, not hearing that several bits of senior leadership were no longer working on the game. Lead producer Michael Gamble, executive producer Mark Darrah, and director Jonathan Warner have all been confirmed on Twitter to no longer be working on the title, prompting a fresh wave of… well, it’s not exactly panic, but inevitable disappointment on Reddit.

Gamble’s tweet confirming all of this points to existing staff still on the project, so this certainly isn’t an actual death knell for the game yet. But it’s not a heartening sign and speaks to a decided lack of confidence in the game turning around for players. In short? This is more news, but it’s bad news all along the board.
