So, how about that battle royale flu, eh? Seems to be going around. Now Blade & Soul has caught the bug with the introduction of Shackled Isles, a limited time king of the hill PvP mode.

Shackled Isles will pit 20 players against the challenges of enclosing Dark Chi corruption, random boss spawns, and (of course) fighting one another. To help you get through the melee, random boosts can be found that grants boons like a shield and recovered HP. Winning the mode will grant you “exclusive rewards and bragging rights.” The mode will be open for one hour at certain times, starting at 12pm server time.

The battle royale mode is part of a number of things happening during the Legacy of the Hongmoon Clan events, including additional rewards for completing dynamic quests from raids, and the Candycloud Park dungeon as part of the Blossoming Soul event.

All of the events run between Wednesday, March 13th, and Wednesday, April 10th, with reward redemption available between March 13th and May 8th.
