You know that annoying thing where MMOs get a content update on PC, but then the console launch is like a month later, but by that point everyone’s already done all the good stuff and it’s not even big news? That’s not what this story is about. This story is about how Warframe is doing exactly the opposite. Its latest content is rolling out to Steam/PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Switch all at the same time. Wild times. In fact, Switch players are also getting caught up a bit more with some Fortuna content.

“Canadian developer and publisher Digital Extremes signals today the beginning of Warframe’s Nightwave, a new ongoing radio broadcast built on fresh, immediate story-infused gameplay, available today. With Nightwave, players tuning into their Orbiter Scanners can instantly embark on new challenges, collect exclusive rewards, gear, cosmetics and more. […] Tenno listening to Nightwave will experience the rebellious, smoky smooth allure of host Nora Night, the mysterious character whose rogue radio transmissions kick off the first series today with episode one of The Wolf of Saturn Six. Players will discover new enemies and backstory and earn unique rewards to upgrade their Arsenal as they rise through the Reward Tiers.”

Naturally, there are gobs of new rewards for people who ignore all the other shiny new games out right now and play Warframe instead, including cosmetics, forma bundles, and catalysts.

And don’t forget that tickets for this year’s Tennocon are going on sale tomorrow at 2 p.m. EST!
