The Fallout 76 / Bethesda Blog has been updated with the latest look at what the team has been working on and what players can expect in the coming weeks. The biggest piece of news from the letter is the announcement of "Wild Appalachia", a series of weekly PvE content updates that will comprise the "first big content drop of the year and spans the next few months". Players can look forward to new quests, events and challenges, as well as new things for CAMPs, crafting "and more".

The team will also be rolling out a 2019 Roadmap later in February that will give the community "a broader look at what's coming to Fallout 76 with Wild Appalachia". As each update is ready to roll out, the team will provide more details about the content players can expect.

Later this week, a new patch will be deployed that will bring a number of things to the game including:

  • stash limit increase to 800 pounds
  • M79 Grenade Launcher and Auto Grenade Launcher will be reclassified as Heavy Weapons
  • accidental damage to another player's CAMP will not tag a player as Wanted
  • player icons will be displayed in more places throughout the game
  • bug fixes

Lastly, FO76 devs will soon be starting a livestream series on both Twitch and Mixer.
