Hang out with your fellow heroes, dress up, and enjoy a celebration of winter in Paragon Chat this Saturday with the winter formal! Yes, the City of Heroes chat client is offering everyone a shot at chilling out in style from 4:00 p.m. EST to 8:00 p.m. EST. Two separate costume contests will be run during the formal, so if you can assemble your best masquerade costume or your best highwayman costume, you’ll be in good standings to pick up the coveted winner’s trophy.
There’s also already talk of a player mission running during the winter formal, for those who would prefer more active participation. If you’re unfamiliar with Paragon Chat, it’s the not-technically-an-emulator program that allows you to explore the world and play with the costume creator while chatting with others. We’ve even got a walkthrough of how to get set up with the program if you’d like to take part in the formal, even just as a spectator.
