After a sluggish start, Rainbow Six Siege has become a smash hit for Ubisoft, pulling in a large fanbase thanks in large part to the development team's consistent updates and the release of new content each year. With the year 4 pass being officially revealed last month, the game is quickly heading towards its goal of having anywhere from 50-100 unique operators on the roster for players to pick from. Even though Ubisoft has yet to officially detail the first expansion of this new year, it seems the first wave of operators may have accidentally leaked early.

Over on the Rainbow Six Siege subreddit, a new image has been posted showing off a pair of operators sporting the Australian flag. The pair of Special Air Service Regiment operators appear to be in the Outback standing over a motorbike of some sort that has broken down. Of course, the image doesn't give any indication as to which side each operator will join or what their abilities are, though one of them could be some sort of engineer, tinkerer, or builder considering she's the one working on the bike.

However, Ubisoft has yet to fully detail which nations are going to be included in Year 4, something the developer typically does through a roadmap blog post. While it's more than possible Australia is going to be included, many have begun to question the authenticity of the image due to how low resolution the shot actually is. Fans are urged to take the potential leak with a grain of salt until officially confirmed by Ubisoft.

So far, the Year 4 pass has followed a very similar line to previous content passes for the game. Those willing to shell out $30 USD for the pass are getting the usual 7-day early access to all eight operators after they launch over the course of the next 12 months as well as 600 R6 Credits to spend in the in-game store. This year also introduces eight unique outfits and headgear, a new lava 6 charm to hang off the player's weapon, and the Volcano signature weapon skin for those that purchase the pass before March. Finally, for the early adopters who pick up the pass before Jan 31, 2019, they'll earn another 5% renown boost, a 10% discount in the in-game store, and a slight alpha pack boost.

Rainbow Six Siege is available now on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
