Eidos-Montreal and Crystal Dynamics have announced The Pillar, the second adventure in a seven-part DLC series for Shadow Of The Tomb Raider, is now available for download. Free for Season Pass holders, or as a separate purchase for the rest of us, The Pillar offers up a new challenge dungeon, the Path Of Huracan, complete with narrated side quests. Anyone able to traverse the deadly puzzles, defeat the ever-present Trinity forces, and best Mother Nature herself will earn a new skill, weapon, and outfit as their reward.
In Shadow Of The Tomb Raider’s first DLC, The Forge, you were tasked with helping Lara survive lava-filled caverns to claim her prize. In The Pillar DLC prepare for powerful storms to impede your progress towards your goal – securing the Shield Of The Age Maker before Amaru can unleash its powers. Along the way, you will uncover more about the legend behind the Mayan apocalypse and the cult working to reshape the world as we know it.
