Bad news, Dauntless fans; if you’re getting the game’s Collector’s Edition, your Pangar statue will not be as expected. By which we mean it will be about five inches shorter, as the email sent out describing the CE’s contents stated the figurine would be 12″ tall when it will actually be 7″ tall. That’s the only change, and you can be sure that it will not be made out of a vastly inferior material to keep costs down. Someone just typed the wrong number.
Players with questions or objections are invited to contact support, as it was clearly not an intentional matter of misleading people as to the box contents. It seems like there’s a lesson here, doesn’t it? Maybe a parallel to some other recent situation? Regardless, if you expected a full foot of Pangar on your desk, you’ll need to adjust your expectations downward slightly.

We recently sent an email specifying the height of the Pangar statue included in the Dauntless CE as being 12" when it is actually 7" tall.
