As many Guardians are surely aware by now, Bungie recently upped the power level cap for Destiny 2's Black Armory DLC, which has been viewed as a challenge by many newcomers and veterans of the science fiction shooter. Of course, there are always going to be those who go above and beyond to exceed expectations so as to "become legend", with one incredibly dedicated fan having already hit the new power cap shortly following the add-on content's release.

As seen in the brief video below, the Destiny 2 fan known as Schendzie has now hit the power level of 650 with their Warlock on PC. The Guardian's primary kinetic weapon is the highly coveted Breakneck auto rifle, their choice energy weapon is the Right Side of Wrong pulse rifle, and their equipped power weapon is The Wardcliff Coil. When it comes to gear, Schendzie's character is sporting the Hood of the Great Hunt, Gloves of the Great Hunt, the Phoenix Protocol chest armor, and the Boots of the Great Hunt.

According to Schendzie's Reddit post on having already hit the new power level cap in Destiny 2's Black Armory DLC, it took "a mixture of grinding and preparing bounties" in order to achieve the rather difficult feat. However, the Guardian didn't provide explicit details as to exactly how they were able to do so.

Other users in the official subreddit for Destiny 2 chimed in to surmise that Schendzie likely saved completed Iron Banner bounties from when they were active, along with Ascendant Challenge bounties and a bunch of different of weekly bounties for Gambit in order to help push their Warlock to 650. That said, though, it's important to note that this is simply speculation.

Taking all of this into account, Schendzie's ability to reach the new power level cap in Destiny 2's Black Armory DLC so soon is a clear testament to their dedication to Bungie's science fiction shooter. Of course, they're not the only Guardian who decided to be bold with the latest add-on content, as one player recently soloed the Volundr Forge activity.

Destiny 2 is available now for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
