Amplitude Studios co-founder opens new studio for tactical RPG
Mathieu Girard announces Paris-based Tactical Adventures
The co-founder of Endless Space developer Amplitude Studios, Mathieu Girard, has announced today the creation of a new, Paris-based studio: Tactical Adventures.
Tactical Adventures will serve as both a development and publishing studio, and is made up of a number of industry veterans from across both indie studios and major publishers.
Its first project will be a tactical RPG focused on combat, exploration, and storytelling that aims to authentically recreate the feeling of the tabletop genre.
"When I decided to leave Amplitude Studios for new adventures, it was obvious to me that I needed to make my oldest dream come true and develop the deepest, most immersive and most accessible tactical RPG." said Girard.
