Wakey wakey, class upgrades and expanded skill selection… achey. That bit of wordplay didn’t coalesce all that will, but the important thing here is that Black Desert Mobile (like Black Desert Online, but on your phone) has been getting its next major content update teased, and all signs point to the Awakening update. Those who are accustomed to Awakenings in the desktop game know this means new tricks for classes to use in combat, making for a significant upgrade from the base version.
Hints have also been given to the effect of everything awakening on December 5th, but it’s an open question whether that will mark the launch of the update, the launch of update details, or both. And, of course, the game isn’t due for release outside of Korea until 2019, but you can still enjoy the trailers just below as well as some encouraging speculation. Think of it as a different sort of wake-up call.
