Swedish publisher Fatshark has announced that their first person co-operative survival combat masterpiece, Warhammer: Vermintide 2, will be releasing on the Xbox One on July 11th.

“After the huge success with the release of Warhammer: Vermintide 2 on PC, we are happy and excited to bring the game to Xbox One. We can’t wait to stick it to the Skaven and Chaos on another platform,”

– Martin Wahlund – Fatshark CEO

The Xbox One release will come in both a premium version and a standard version with the option of upgrading to the premium edition at a later date. The premium edition is available for pre-order for $44.99 and will include six exclusive Heroic Deeds, Helmgardt Heraldry themed skins, premium edition as well and pre-order exclusive portrait frame, and a Sigmar Keep statue. Both versions will also support Mixer integration for community interaction during game streaming on the platform.

If you are looking to scratch your Skaven and Chaos purging itch sooner, Fatshark has an open beta available via the Xbox Insider Program and it is open to everyone.
