The Black Death has been updated with the Relic content expansion that brings a number of new zones and new features into the game. The patch name comes from the new Relic system, essentially legendary 1-per-server items that can be found by players or even stolen from the "lucky" finder.
Other notable parts of the Relic update include:
- new zones filled with "bandits, raiders and plague" that are designed for high-end players to pit themselves against the game's most difficult content. Of course, great risk equals great reward and loot is no exception here.
- an all-new combat system that sees changes implemented based on player feedback. "Weapon swings are more accurate than ever before, allowing you to dismember your opponents".
